I was sent 2 bottles of Coco Chanel instead of the requested 2 bottles of Castelbajac perfume. I returned one bottle in Jamuary 2011, todate I have not received the refund or the p&p refund as promised to me by Hayley Johnson, despite me sending lots of e-mails and making several phone calls to a phone number that were never answered.
