I received a traffic ticket. I called The Ticket Clinic several times to hire their services. Every time I called they put me on hold on the speaker phone for several minutes, I could hear them having personal conversations and they would hang up on me. When finally somebody asked for my information they told me to fax my ticket over. I waited 2 weeks and nobody called me back. When I called to check it was the same issue than before with the calls: putting me on hold or hanging up. Bad customer service. I decided to hire somebody else.
