As a former employee of Aarons, I can fully state that YES they have installed a program on to all computers sold. It is called PC agent and was mainly used to track stolen merchandise. However over the years rumors begins to spread about how people were using it to spy. The program takes random pics if the machine has a webcam installed, and yes it does key log all information.
