My fiancee and I were buying our first home and had Peter recommended to us by our realtor. We will not make the same mistake and recommend him to anyone. Our experience with him was awful. The main issue was that he never sent us a crucial document from the sellers that detailed various issues with the property we were trying to buy. Had we seen these documents we would have stopped our purchase right away.
