I returned my rental car today and Enterprise is attempting to charge my insurance company (and me a $250 deductible) for a dent in the car that was NOT made during the time that I had the vehicle. I've got calls into numerous people with Enterprise to discuss this matter, but the Branch Manager is the highest level of management that I have spoken with.
