I am a breeder of show dogs. NOT A PUPPY MILL I used Breeder Network to sell one of my pups. A payment for the pup showed up on my paypal account. As the breeder I pay for the shipping. 2 days after the pup shipped out. I recieved a notice from paypal the payment was declined. Breeders beware they rip you off. I filed a complaint with FBI cyber crimes, local sheriff, and buyers local sheriff. I believe the buyer is part of the scam. They never contacted me for info on their new puppy and all me contact info was supplied. read full review »
