Dear All, Pls stop any online transactions from this website: http://www.coach7store.ca I have ordered and received the wrong item, which was an obvious fake. The company stated that there are exchange and refund policies. However when I sent the pictures and requested for either a refund or exchange, I was given this reply: We are sorry, but that is our company rule, the only thing we can do for you is give you a discount or send you a free nice gift in your next order, thanks!
