I travelled through airindia from Chicago to Hyderabad on 24th April'11. I have not seen such a worst customer service, I talked several times with Air India customer service to re-route my ticket and change of date from Boston to Hyderabad on 24th April'11, but everytime I was given a standard answer to get it done through city office in US and due to long weekend the city office was closed for 3 days from 22nd April.
