We did did business with this bank for a home equity loan and also opened a checking account for the short 6 month duration we had the loan. After we closed out the checking account we started receiving phone calls from a collection agency which went on for 2-months due to overdraft fees! These Morons at KeyBank are unbelievable and their service is so poor. We had other service related issues before this episode. It took at least 8 calls to the local KeyBank branch to clear this up.
