On Friday May 6, 2011, I googled netgear to get help to make my netgear router secure, instead of unsecure. I got the phone number and called. When I called they answered "Iyogi". I asked was this the free technical support for netgear, because I had one year free technical support. I was told that I had dialed the right number and they were technical support for netgear. I was then told that my computer had a virus and I had to purchase software for $169.99 to remove the virus, then they would be able to help me set up a secure router... read full review »
