Cartrawler cancels booking without notification without notice, blaming it on safety concerns on credit card, even if amount is already withdrawn from your account. I booked car to be ready in Bangkok airport, at arrival no car there, after contacting car rental company, they informed me Cartrawler had cancelled. Do to this I had to book directly with rental company, refund from Cartraler less do to exchange rate changes, car rental higher, and wasted 2 hours before getting car.
