How unprofessional and unhelpful were the staff at Motcomb Street branch of C L. I bought my shoes in Las Vegas wore them once and the heels inner leather came away fron the shoe and buckled up. I was firstly told to take them back to VEGAS and that they were unable to help because I'd purchased them abroad.
