I have made reservation through this website which claimed the "Best rates.Guaranteed" for a four nights stay in Laguna Hotel at USD570 and found out later it was without breakfast and they will charge USD22 per person which makes additional of USD176 for two of us (totalling USD746). I have written to them complaining that the breakfast is usually being provided and if not they shall have indicated at their offer (which they don't).
