I purchased a safe and sound Sunbeam electric blanket 1o months ago and one of the controllers has stopped working completely. I contacted Sunbeam customer service and waited 45 minutes to speak to a Sunbeam rep. When she finally answered, the rep - 'Trish' - was rude, unhelpful and disinterested. I asked for a supervisor and she said there wasn't one available. She said the repair would not be covered under the three year warranty because I didn't have a receipt! read full review »
