Took Nokia N97 Mini to Nokia Care on Saturday 2nd April 2011 as it was not charging. Their representative sent it upstairs to the repair centre who said the problem was inside the phone where the charger lead plus in. I was told to return in one hour. When I returned I was told something inside needed soldering and it would take 3 - 4 days to repair. As I was leaving Mumbai on Monday 4th April this was not possible.
