Extremely Pathetic Service Extremely Pathetic and disgusting service from one of teh reputed Travels - KPN We booked our tickets from Chennai to Ooty by KPN Travels. We boarded the semi sleeper a/c vehicle on 29th April from Chennai. The bus started at around 8.15 pm. The vehicle was travelling at sub 50 speeds for the next 2-3 hours.
