I sent a check to pay earlier my unsubsidized loan and they decided to split up the check to apply the amount to the subsidized portion. Even though I specify in the check the amount can only be applied to the unsubsidized portion. I tried calling them twice to fix this problem and they say this will change but it never does. I'm accruing interest that I have to pay for a loan I already pay off. I'm still waiting to see if this changes. Also they never have anybody qualify enough to give you a good answer and keep you on hold while searching for one... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! read full review »
