H&M has the worst online service because of their silly company policies. I placed orders for about £95 and gave a mailbox address since I do not have a fixed residential address. All my cards are registered at the mailbox address. I placed 3 orders and cancelled all of them since all I was told that they cannot deliver to any mailbox or work address since it's their silly company policy. All the other big stores...bigger than H&M do their deliveries to mailboxes and work address. I don't understand how different are... read full review »
