I am with this blood sucking company for last 4 yrs...not that I am too happy with the company...
but I am looking for the right opportunity for moving out...though 4 yrs is a long enough period...I
haven’t thought of joining another BPO...seems the blood sucking DNA is in the genes of all the BPO’s in India..

I happened to book tickets with VRL for my to & fro ticket from Bombay - Mangalore.
The trip with VRL was nothing short of a disaster...How can a company of VRL stature be so cheap when it comes to customer service ???
I'll explain you in detail what happened & why I am so frustrated with the service of VRL.
