On 23rd April 2011 I gave a Nokia E 72 which all of sudden stopped working . I had purchased it on 24th July 2010 and was under Warranty. After 10 days the Nokia care people informed me that my hand set is not repairable so i will get a New Handset ? When i went to take the delivery i was shocked and surprised to see the hand set, the back cover was old, i was told i will get the back cover old one only, and when i wanted to know the details of the handset was not given a satisfactory reply and was told bluntly if you want to take this Swapped... read full review »
