I took my car in for a normal oil change and found when I received my car back that a $100 visa gift card was taken out of my glove box. I reported this to the service advisor as soon as I checked the car over and asked why someone had to go into my glove box for an oil change. I was told that they inspect the car for anything that needs to be replaced. I was told by the advisor that there was not a manager to speak with and was given his card and told he would call me that evening to follow up or at the latest the next day.
