I ordered some ugg boots a week or so before christmas and its now 31/01/2011. I did not recieve no comformation email but they still took the money that same day. I cant seem to log in on to the website so i cant try and track my order either. They were supposed to be a christmas prezzie from my partner and they would really come in useful to me as im pregnant right now. i cant belive this has happened and i dont think i can do any thing else about it now and i no longer trust doing any shopping online anymore.
