DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JEWEL OCEAN!!! I bought a ring 8 business days ago and i'm in a battle just to try to recieve my reciept. Just trying to get through to them is a mission, they answer the phone 20% of the time. You have to leave a message but no one returns your call. When you do get through to them the excuses are ridiculous for a business, "i was on the other line", was one of them, "i still cant give you your reciept cause my manager is in india at the moment so its been crazy around the office", so basically one... read full review »
