I am the owner of a 2009 Honda Civic here is Israel. I jsut past 45000 KM and during the 45000 Km schedueled visit I was told by the local Honda dealer that I must change the break fluid otherwise they will not extend warranty anymore for the break system. When I asked them where does it say that in the owners manul they said it does not but the Honda was not designed to work in our local climate environment and they locally came to this conclusion.
