I made an online reservation for my mom for mother's day to be delivered the day after mother's day I called several times requesting a time.All they would tell me is that it will be delivered.At the end of the day no delivery occurred.When before I place my order online I chatted with a rep thru IM.They told me that it would be a guarantee you can't get any better than that right or so I thiought.No call from these people stating that my mom's baskety would not be delivered.I am so upset to say the least.I want my money... read full review »
