Fotokem Mid Valley Megamall

I first went to Fotokem Mid Valley to inquire about a Lumix camera. I was told by a female store assistant that the camera was not available in the store but they could put an order through if I was interested. (She even produced a catalogue to confirm the camera model I wanted.) I told her I was but I would come back as I did not have enough cash on me at the time to put down a deposit. WHY IS CELCOM BEING SO DIFFICULT IN HANDLING LINE MIGRATION? Only after registration, I was told I had to wait 24 hours before my line could be activated. Now that it's been well past 24 hours, I am told I have to wait three to five working days. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM, CELCOM?? And while we're on the subject, WHY ARE YOUR STAFF SO INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WELL? They struggle in speaking English and some in Bahasa Malaysia as well. What kind of standards do you people have in hiring staff? You're a TELECOMMUNICATIONS company, for crying out loud!! Please step your game up. read full review »
