Today is May10, 2011. I purchased a SYS3 aircon on last Friday, after the selection, the sales guide me to his computer and told me the installation can be done on Monday, they planned to install 32 on that day, and there was 1 slot left, so I chose it without doubt. Although the company claim guaranteed next day delivery and on their hotline, they claim deliver 7days a week. But the sales told me they don't deliver/install on Sunday. They are cheating!!
