In October 2010, I asked for a back order magazine Cross Stitch Collection 188, our local CNA Bluff branch put in request for the back order, to this day the 10th May, 2011, I was in there this morning and NOBODY AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE - I AM APPALLED BY THIS BAD MANNER IN THE WAY THIS LACK OF HANDLING HAS BEEN DONE!!
