I too signed up with this company after they gave me a phone call out of the blue. They eventually convinced to take out advertising with them claiming that they would boost my call volume and therefore my business, promised me thousands of extras calls a month etc. Different staff phoned within days changing the contract as I thought but then said I had agreed to three seperate contracts!
