These imbeciles had sent me an incomplete entertainment system. It is completely useless in my home and they have gven me the run around. I have since been billing them for $40 per day as storage fees. The sales rep told me that they dont stock anything as it is very expensive to warehouse items--they're right. Small claims will allow for storage fees. These people need to be taught a lesson when it comes to customer "service".
