I had purchased a pair of Sandals from a Reebok Franchisee, on Thyagaraya Road, Pondy Bazar, T. Nagar, Chennai- 600 017, India, 5 months back. I had thought of the expenditure to be an investment, since they are supposedly long lasting. However, my experience has been otherwise. Product appears to be flawed. Unfortunately, the franchisee is falling back on the fine print in the invoice ( Guarantee for 180 days only)!!
