Sir, I am Stanley Sampath Kumar, having Airtel Broadband connection with a fixed landline No.080 40917283 since May 2008. The fixed line is not functioning for more than six months. But for the last couple of months I am receiving bill which includes voice charges. I am not paying for the call charges. However, I am paying for broadband connection I am utilising.
