I am active Aircel user from 2006. I am using both Prepaid and Postpaid account. In the month of march the bastard Aircel deducted Rs.30 from my balance. When i contacted customer care they replied i had opted for some value added services(Some Music on live), but i didn't. I had registered a complaint on April 1st with complaint number SR1-4183173435. Still i didn't got any response for that.
