1) The product is not effective. I went through the trial bottle and saw zero change in body weight. 2) Company has terrible support. My first call to them had me on hold 45 minutes. Second call, I was on hold 30 minutes. I cancelled my order within my trial window (watch out for this as you only get 14 days FROM THE TIME IT WAS ORDERED!) and they assured me I would bet a refund (although they claim it is up to 14 business days).
