Please people don't user this service. I ordered Flowers for my mom on May 6th to be delivered on May 9th because she was out of town. They called me at 3:45 pm on Monday to inform me that they "had just figured out" that they could not fill the order because they don't have any more flowers. Then I call and every customer service rep was rude and did not give a flying crap that my mom wasn't going to receive flowers. They said "we can have them out sometime this week" REALLY????
