My 85 year old grandmother received a letter from UBI Payment Services through Windsor-Morgan & Parker stating she was guarenteed to receive $5, 000 if she returned the release form as instructed and fulfill the the contest requirements. Because she is 85 years old, she was minutes away from completing the form and mailing! As it appears on MANY websites, this is a SCAM!
