There are few words to describe the disgust we (a very reasonable and forgiving family) feel for this most negligent company that twice endangered our lives with improperly maintained vehicles and for leaving us broken down (for the second time) stranded for almost 24 hours (and still counting) while we wait for assistance. The vehicles were filthy, both were seriously mechanically inept, and their lack of "customer service" is the biggest slap in our faces yet.
