On 1992 LCLJT Co. executed a fully notarized contract with Cartelon Co. (Philippines) represented by Charles Ong, for broker's commission for the supply of T-shirt to JC Penney USA. Part of the commission is supposed to be in cash while we received JC Penney stock certificates in US dollars which we assume to be part of the commission.
