My fridge broke down on April 13, 2011 and sent a service request on April 14, 2011. The technician arrived on April 22, 2011 and performed the diagnostic of the problem. He determined it was the Inverter-Box (Part #W10186719) was the cause of the malfunction. However he was unable to verify the status of my factory warranty. The fridge order was placed on April 7, 2010, and the shipping company's "Bill of landing" shown a delivery date of April 13, 2010.
