I signed up with BidRack to check them out. I didn't approve them to take any money from my back account. Obviously I never should have entered in my credit card number. Imagine my surprise when I checked my back account, and found 2 charges for $99.00 EACH! I immediately called them, and someone actually answered! They agreed to refund one of them and gave me a confirmation number. They told me the other charge would "fall off". Within a day I say the credit on my back statement.
