Carrier Gas Furnaces

I build a new home in 2006. The builder installed a Carrier Infinity furnace and air conditioner which cost over $11, 000. In June 2011, the blower motor and module on the furnace failed. Carrier would not honor the 5 year warranty because they insisted the warranty began in April 2006 when the builder installed the unit. The house was not completed until October 2006 when I moved in. They advertise fast download speeds if you sign up for a premium membership. I signed up for a one year membership for $55 but found the download speeds were not as advertised. Their advertising leads you to believe that you can download a 300 to 400 MB video file in less than 5 minutes with a premium membership. In most cases the download times turned out to be 3 to 4 hours for a 300 to 400 MB video file!!! I complained to Filesonic. First they told me to download and install Chrome as my web browser.
