I bought a Nokia E63 cellphone on 13.7.10 with 1 year warranty.It was working fine but started giving trouble from mid March of 2011.My several phone calls to their customer care as well as numerous visit to their Nokia Care Center were futile and resulted no solution. Their care center M/S TALKTEL at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India and their engineer or customer care executive, namely Mr.D.K. Sahu, Mr.P.K.
