Ordered an expensive Nom de Plume Halloween costume from Electrique Boutique at LEAST 1 month prior to Halloween of 2010. Also a pair of cheap stockings to go with was ordered. 2 Weeks went by, no package Sent an e-mail questioning my purchases Few days later received small package containing the cheap stockings and NO $100 costume!!
