I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. I believe them to be extremely scrupulous and completely indifferent about the customers (or should I say the victims) they scam. I placed an order for a FFXI Online CDKey at 11:00am on 5/22/2009 waited 25 minutes. No key in the email. I contacted the CDKEY department and was informed that I would get my key in 15 minutes. THIRTY minutes later (12:00am) still no key. I called the CDKEY department back, and noone answers the phone.
