Sir I want to say that I have purchase a mobile model Aino U10i on 13/ 06/2010, IMEI No- 012291001198614. In this mobile phone a little problem in slider I had hand over to Aditya Enterprises ( Authorised Service Center in Patna, Bihar ) on 02/04/2011, they received as physically damage and charge Rs-250/- They gave me a serial no- 1826 not any work order no. But my mobile has no any damage or scratch and also in warranty period.
