Redbox claimed that we failed to return two (2) DVDs which was absolutely not true. In fact, our account history showed that one of the movies had been returned several days after we rented it but that we had checked it out again the following day. This information would tell any reputable company that something had gone awry in its automated record keeping system. Not Redbox. We were eventually charged $50.00 for two not very good movies.
