I booked a car in Lisbon with Booking Group Ltd. In advance i payed 30 €. When we arrived in Lisbon there was a problem with payment, because the guy working in Budget agency couldn't proceed the payment and I had to insert my PIN code at least 7 times. Worker there was uncompentent. After waiting at least 45 minutes the guy called someone and then he could proceed payment, he said that booked will be 258, 30 €.
