I must take a drug to prevent seizures. Medco said they mailed it three weeks ago but I don't believe it. I have since talked to four representatives including two supervisors and the meds have still not been made up and shipped out. They feign helplessness, when really, how hard is it to make up a prescription and get it in the mail, or in this case, so close to running out thanks to them, put it in a Fedex box? My warning is to be vigilant as to the shipping of your medicine by checking online, and ask to speak to a supervisor if not satisfied, even then, stay on them closely until you receive your medicine.
