I have been a loyal customer of Tmobile ever since their acquisition of Suncom. My biggest problem is many times I am too loyal. Not for much longer though. Today was the last straw for me. I was in Florida last month and once I received my bill for that period I was shocked. It was in excess of $600! I first spoke to Nicholas with customer service a couple of weeks ago but was not much help. I decided to stop in a Tmobile store today and speak with someone in person.
