I was a previous customer with ATT, I disconnected my service due to bill was too costly. At that time the bill for 500.56 (Account # 108396582) was my responsibility, However on 3/14/2011 an ATT sale agent name Bryan Brewer came to my home with a promotion stating that if I RETURN BACK TO ATT as a customer, then my previous account balance would be forgiven.
